Recently retired, in 2013 during the flooding in High River AB, he volunteered every day for over two months assisting home owners devastated by the damage they incurred. They inspired him. On the "ground floor", he learned a new market and took many health and safety courses related to asbestos abatements, water restoration, and mould remediation. With increasing on-site experience, he began to manage worksites, completed material surveys with reports, and provided air monitoring services for 11 years. After careful consideration he identified a better and more impactful method of providing industry services. Claire Environmental Inc. began operations in 2018 to offer assistance by sharing his independent, professional, and experienced consulting background.
